ThirdRails needs to communicate with the Raildriver64.dll, this dll is located under your Steam installation folder.


This is typically this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Railworks\plugins


On first track session ThirdRails will try to find it there. If it is not found you will get notified and can give in the right location through this form:


 


You can also change this from the Settings - General Tab.
